Background 

I’m Sebastian Perez — a first-generation American, born and raised in the blazing-hot streets of Las Vegas. My parents came here from Viña del Mar, Chile, chasing the dream. I didn’t grow up in a house with rich parents that had connections, fancy degrees, or a pile of money they can give me to start a big business with. In our household we knew if there was something we ever wanted, we needed to get a job and go buy it. Something that i hated back then but have learned to appreciate as ive grown up. Throughout my life I've accumulated a set of skills that have allowed me a background in home repairs & construction work. But in the beginning there was also a lot of odd end jobs. And back then, I wasn’t running a business. I was working a full-time job I hated in debt collections — making $600 checks every two weeks, clocking in and out like my time didn’t belong to me. Meanwhile, I was doing handyman jobs on weekends, wondering how the hell I was supposed to build a future off $1,200 a month. That all changed one day in line at the bank. I watched a man drop a $7,000 cash deposit into a business account — and something in me snapped. I realized I could keep playing it safe and stay broke… or bet on myself and build something real.

So I did.

From Struggling Employee to Business Owner

I had no guide. No mentor. Just a phone, a couple tools, and a work ethic my parents would be proud of. What started as weekend jobs turned into a full-time service business. I learned how to advertise. How to talk to clients. How to get licensed. How to make money without waiting on someone else’s approval. It wasn’t easy — I made mistakes, learned lessons the hard way, and had to figure out everything from banking to branding on my own. But now? I run my business my way, from my phone. There are days I make in a single day what used to take me two weeks of my time to accomplish. And the best part? I can be present for my family and build a legacy worth handing down.

Why I Created Rise & Rule

I built Rise & Rule for people just like me — skilled workers, hustlers, hard-working parents, and everyday grinders tired of doing 100% of the work for a tiny piece of the profits. This course gives you the blueprint I never had — step-by-step guidance on how to start, grow, and run a profitable service business using the skills you already have. Whether you’re a handyman, pool tech, electrician, roofer, mechanic, cleaner, or any other trade — I made this for you. But it’s more than just a course, it’s the first step to your future.

My goal from day one has been to build a community around this idea: that regular, hard-working people can change their lives. That you don’t need a degree, an investor, or a head start — you just need the willingness to work, the right path to follow, and the support of people who get it. That’s what we’re creating here. A place people can come to who feel stuck and can come together with a shared mission: to level up, to support one another, and to watch each other grow.
